elephant42の設計データをメーカーにまず発注する前に、構造を根本的に理解をしよう([前談](https://notheme.me/2022/07/31/my-elephant42-fr4-start/))ということで、手持ちで余っている[ぎんたま](https://royal-keyboard-works.square.site/product/SilverbulletSandwich/15?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=2)のトッププレートとバックプレートがあるので、それをベースに使い、回路はキースイッチ毎に[無限の可能性](https://royal-keyboard-works.square.site/product/mugen-container/3?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=3)を使って対応、結線して、キーボードとして使える状態まで組み上げてから、各プレートを発注することにしました。 ## 無限の可能性を使ってelephant42の回路を再現するには ![](https://notheme.me/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/IMG_4044-Edited.jpg) 無限の可能性を使ってelephant42を再現するために、まずは無限の可能性を縦3キーキースイッチの基板10枚、縦2キースイッチを2枚、1キースイッチを8枚用意。 Pro MicroのマイコンなどがあるところはPro microのおうちにしました。 ## 無限の可能性をキースイッチ毎に半田付け 各キースイッチ毎に必要なダイオードやLED、キースイッチソケットを半田付け。 無限の可能性購入時についていたスルーホールタイプのダイオードではなく、省スペースで実装できる表面実装のものにして、結線しやすいよう考慮。 結線のコードにはポリウレタンコーティングのいわゆる[エナメル線](https://amzn.to/3vI24lU)を0.2mmと0.6mmで準備しました。 ## ぎんたまサンドイッチのプレートに取り付け ![](https://notheme.me/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/IMG_4074-Edited.jpg) 各キースイッチ毎の半田付けが住んだところで、ぎんたまのトッププレートにキースイッチを取り付けた上で無限の可能性を嵌め込み、取り付けました。 ボトムプレートの上に[PORONシート](https://amzn.to/3Q6dS9V)を載せてねじ止めすることで、結線されていないきれいな分割キーボードの状態になりました。 ## 今後の進め方 このあと、結線を入力できる状態まで行って、そのあとLED点灯まで結線して、実際に使えるキーボードに仕上げていこうと考えています。 OLEDはPro microをしっかり固定できる要素がないのでひとまず、つけない予定です。 **本シリーズ**リンク -
